Be Wise, Mission Out for that Oil.

32nd Sunday in Ordinary Time.
Please read God's Silent Message: Matthew 25.1-13

Yong ang tagal mo Syang hinintay, pero dahil hindi ka pala talaga prepared,
you still missed that chance!
Yong akala mong ready ka na, kaya umasa ka, pero may kulang pa rin pala.

Hahah … nakaka-relate ka po ba?
Have you also been caught unprepared in some instance?

Sometimes God sends us surprises us which make us unaware of what’s best to do and how – and in these instances, sometimes, we’re missing out on what’s most important in life.

The foolish ones, when taking their lamps, brought no oil with them,
but the wise brought flasks of oil with their lamps.”

Minsan kasi, yong akala mong ang dami mo nang ginawa, pero you just did it for the sake na “kasi kailangan” – it leads us to consequences which give us the choice that we’d never actually want to take.  It makes a lot of difference when you work hard on things with all your heart than “just because it is required.”

Sometimes all that it takes is for us to HEED GOD’S CALL.  At that moment when we are so uncertain, and yet, we allowed our senses to grasp what lies ahead, we are actually giving ourselves the chance to be attentive to God’s voice within us.

Yes dear friend, buti na lang you’re reading this!
Congratulations for being here – because today, God has actually initiated to fill your lamp with oil.  Together, let’s mission out a good relationship with God and with one and all here @The Feast San Lorenzo. ☺ #sunset

Have you been hurting all the days of your life?
In this Talk,  Bro. Dreus Cosio, brings up that "Most of our hurts that we complain about are self inflicted!"

There are Three [3] Kinds of Hurts:

1. Serious Hurts such as abandonment, adultery, betrayal & the likes.
Hurt people hurt people.
Sometimes we are not aware if we may already be causing
somebody's pain because of our own pains.
     We should then do SELF-CHECK.

2. Small Hurts when we commit inconsequential or petty mistakes
     because we are human.

3. Self Hurts
We hurt ourselves
a.  When we repeat our mistakes
Winners commit new mistakes everyday;
Losers make the exact same mistakes over & over again!
In life, we don't get what we deserve, we get what we think we deserve.
b.  When we replay our hurt
Stop dwelling in what hurts you
Don't "let the pain remain"
Stop worshipping your hurts!
STOP MAKING YOUR HURT YOUR LITTLE GOD.
Some replay old hurts by looking for similar hurts.
If you keep on meditating on the same hurt,
you are setting a miserable life for yourself.

When you keep on believing that you deserve the hurt, it becomes part of your subconscious.

Do you want to be free from hurts?
Here's the ONE BIG MESSAGE:

Allow God to heal your deepest hurt!
But how?
1.  Don’t reject God's anointing with your pride.
2.  Don't bring up things to your head. [1 Samuel 9:2]

"But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds,"
declares the Lord,
"because you are called an outcast, Zion for whom no one cares."

If there are people who are full of pride, deep within them are insecurities and profound pain.  But just as Jesus have accepted every kind of pain in His Agony in the Garden, you can also put an end to your agonies.

You can always start strong, but what matters is that you also finish strong.

Then will you ever finish strong?
Definitely YOU WILL, if you decide to serve God and not your self!

"You may have a hurtful  history
But you can start creating good history starting today!"
-- Bro. Dreus Cosio
